Fixation of Genetic Correspondences of Etymons *mo-du (< *mor-du) and *mō in the Languages of the Mongolian and Tungus-Manchu Groups of Altaic Language Family.

The analysis of the genetic material involved in the reconstruction of the etymons *mo-du (< *mor-du) and *mō of the Mongolian and Tungus-Manchu language groups is possible, on the one hand, to trace the processes of divergent (splitting of the proto-language vowel *o / *ō for five phonemes (short /o/, /u/; long /a:/, /о:/, /u:/) in the languages of the Mongolian group and two phonemes (short /o/, long /o:/) in the languages of the Tungus-Manchu group), but on the other hand, convergent (occurrence in three general structural characteristics due to sufficiently long and intense linguistic contacts: carriers in the Mongolian, Dagur and Mogul languages of the Mongolian group were influenced by languages of the Tungus-Manchu group for centuries, as well as Chinese, Tibetan and Iranian (Tajik and Pashto) languages, which suggests a remote affinity between these languages (as evidenced by the expansion root morphemes in the Mongolian etymon: the proto-language constructs *d, *r, *u) (in the languages of the North Mongolian, Kidan, Mogul subgroups).References
