Abstract

Excerpts from Marxism and Leninism classics, as well as CPSS documents served as methodological, persuasive, constructive and ritual basics. They claimed to be generally civilizational precedents. Commonly cultural precedents of the Soviet society included names of classical Russian and Ukrainian writers, those about linguistics and theorists of literature. Apart famous scientists P. Plyushch strongly recalls names and studies by his colleagues, in particular those working at the department of the Ukrainian language. Such remarks in the study book increased the number of historical and lingual discourse precedents.

The history of the Ukrainian literal language was based upon the history of the Ukrainian people created with various Soviet ideologemes. Due to the list of precedent situations, the primary ‘true’ history of the Ukrainian people was decorated with details taken from the history of the literal language. Most common examples included the Great October Socialist Revolution (47 times) and October (67 times).

The most important postulates of the study included themes of the Ukrainian literal language revibration after the October, everlasting friendship between Ukrainians and Russians, common roots of their origin and priority of the Ukrainian language as for the Ukrainian language. Ignoring strategy prevails as regards repressed and condemned Ukrainian linguists and theorists of culture in general.
