Appendix 7 to the Phraseological dictionary of the Central Slobozhanshchyna (Kharkiv region)

The article presents over 150 phraseological units that, for certain reasons, were not included in the “Phraseological Dictionary of Central Slobozhanshchyna (Kharkiv Region)” and six appendices by the same author. The microarticles in the proposed material, as in the previous ones, are designed according to the newer samples of “dialect” phraseography, in addition to indicating points of specific fixation and the predominant use of PU, the compiler also refused to transcribe or even transliterate them.
The author presents a reasoned opinion about the practically inexhaustible capacity of the phraseological fund of speech of the specified region (as well as any other), the significant diversity of types and varieties of phraseological units, the multiplicity of origin, the extreme imagery and the aesthetic-expressive value of phraseological formations.
