Publication Ethics and Editorial Policy
The editorial policy of the journal is grounded in the principles of academic integrity and strict adherence to international ethical standards for scholarly publishing, as set out in the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as well as in the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Education" concerning academic integrity.
Key aspects of the policy include:
1) Ethical obligations of the Editorial Board:

Objectivity: decisions on publication are made exclusively on the basis of the scholarly merit of the manuscript, without regard to the authors’ race, gender, religious beliefs, or political views;

Confidentiality: editors and reviewers are not permitted to disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to third parties prior to their publication;

Conflict of interest: editors recuse themselves from handling a manuscript in cases of financial or personal interests related to the research.
2) Requirements for authors:
- Originality: authors guarantee that the submitted research is original and has not been previously published in other outlets;
- Plagiarism prevention: the journal employs specialized software (StrikePlagiarism) to detect plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and citation manipulation; authors are informed of the results of these checks;
- Authorship: all individuals listed as authors must have made a substantial contribution to the conception, design, or interpretation of the research.
3) Peer-review ethics:

the use of a Double-Blind Peer Review procedure ensures impartial evaluation;

reviewers are required to identify and report any detected cases of plagiarism or improper citation.
4) Policy on corrections and retractions:
- the Editorial Board is prepared to publish corrections (errata), clarifications, and retractions in cases where errors or ethical violations are identified after publication;
- retraction procedures are carried out in accordance with COPE guidelines.
5) Use of artificial intelligence (AI Policy):
- the journal adheres to the position that artificial intelligence cannot be recognized as an author;
- any use of AI technologies in the preparation of a manuscript must be clearly declared by the authors within the text of the work.
