Based on concept of grammar of mistakes of Swiss linguist Henri Frei and on analysis of actual empirical material, the range of basic needs was discovered, which motivate the appearance of majority of deviations, which are present in contemporary German language. Among them can be named: the need for grammatical assimilation and analogy, the need for clarity and differentiation, the need for economy, irremovability, expressivity.References
