Ukrainian border guard terminology: structure features

The article is devoted to the analysis of structural features of border terms, in particular, their morphemic structure and trends in word formation. The study identifies the types of Ukrainian border terms by the number of components. The main processes of formation of term units are investigated, and their main morphological and non-morphological ways of creating one-word terms are qualified. The most common models of formation of multi-word term units are singled out and quantitative characteristics of each are given. The constructions that can complicate six-word terms are identified.
